Processing Times

Because many of our items are handmade or personalized:

  • processing time is separate from shipping time

  • processing times vary by product

  • custom orders may require additional time

Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days (U.S.)
  • 7–21 business days (international)

Carrier delays are outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • weight
  • destination
  • shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear


Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Kidd’s Krafts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • reshipping fees apply for returned packages


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier:

  • we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • customers must file a claim with the carrier

We will help provide documentation if needed.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees
  • import taxes
  • duties

These charges vary by country and are not included in shipping costs.
