Processing Times
Because many of our items are handmade or personalized:

Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Once shipped, most orders arrive within:
- 3–7 business days (U.S.)
- 7–21 business days (international)
Carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- weight
- destination
- shipping method selected
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
- Kidd’s Krafts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- reshipping fees apply for returned packages
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier:
- we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
- customers must file a claim with the carrier
We will help provide documentation if needed.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
- customs fees
- import taxes
- duties
These charges vary by country and are not included in shipping costs.
