Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you accept returns?
Yes — eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary by product, especially for custom pieces. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Shipping time is separate from processing time.
3. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may return it and place a new order for the item you want.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
5. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. We can help provide documentation if needed.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to select international locations. International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. We ask that any cancellation requests be submitted within 48 hours of placing order. Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
