RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

Overview

Kidd’s Krafts creates handcrafted, personalized, and made‑to‑order items with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our creative process.

We offer a 30‑day return window for eligible items. All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unused and unwashed condition
  • in original packaging with tags
  • free of odors, stains, or pet hair
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

 

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • custom or personalized items
  • made‑to‑order items
  • sale or discounted items
  • gift cards

Handmade items may vary slightly in color, texture, or placement. Minor variations are not considered defects.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, email kiddskrafts@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • returns must be approved before shipping back
  • items sent without approval will not be accepted

If approved, you will receive return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If a prepaid label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • damage must be reported within 48 hours
  • we will evaluate and make it right


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier:

  • Kidd’s Krafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • customers must file a claim with the carrier

We can assist with documentation if needed.


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal:

  • customer is responsible for reshipping fees
  • refunds are not guaranteed for refused packages


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  • return the original item (if eligible)
  • place a new order once the return is approved


EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

For EU customers, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, except for:

  • custom or personalized items

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • we will notify you of approval or denial
  • approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear
